In the written statement made by the Bart\u0131n Provincial Directorate, it was stated that the environmental impact assessment requested for the thermal power plant was examined and evaluated by the General Directorate of Permission and Inspection.<br \/>\nIn the statement, it was stated that the said EIA reports for the thermal power plant planned to be established were evaluated positively within the scope of the 14th article and 1st provisional article of the EIA regulation. <strong>\u201cThe EIA report submitted by our Ministry to the General Directorate of Permission and Inspection regarding the thermal power plant, ash storage area, port filling area and dock project planned to be built by the contractor company in the Capak Bay location, within the borders of G\u00f6m\u00fc village and Tarlaa\u011fz\u0131 village of Amasra district of our province, analyzed and evaluated.<\/strong> Within the scope of article 14 and provisional article 1 of the EIA regulation, our ministry has given a &#039;positive environmental impact assessment&#039; decision.
