Those who could not give permission for a thermal power plant for years, fearing the struggle and reaction of the people of Bart\u0131n-Amasra, took advantage of the atmosphere of uncertainty after the coup attempt against the national will and signed the "Death Warrant of Amasra" by approving the thermal power plant EIA report in October 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the people of Bart\u0131n-Amasra, we did not remain silent about this fait accompli, and in record numbers in Turkey, 2019<\/strong> with the plaintiff<\/strong> We filed a lawsuit to annul this decision.<\/span><\/p>\n

Opposition to the attempt to build a thermal power plant in Amasra, to which neither reason nor science approves, nor the public approves. Our last chance is for the court to annul this decision.<\/strong> The court decided to conduct an expert examination in the villages of Tarlaa\u011fz\u0131 and G\u00f6m\u00fc, where the thermal power plant will be built. On Friday, July 14, the court committee and experts will come to these villages for exploration. <\/span><\/p>\n

In order to show that Bart\u0131n-Amasra is against this case and to defend our case, we invite all plaintiffs to the Court expert examination to be held in Tarlaa\u011fz\u0131 on Friday, July 14th. <\/span><\/p>\n
