Those who could not give permission for a thermal power plant for years, fearing the struggle and reaction of the people of Bartın-Amasra, took advantage of the atmosphere of uncertainty after the coup attempt against the national will and signed the "Death Warrant of Amasra" by approving the thermal power plant EIA report in October 2016.

As the people of Bartın-Amasra, we did not remain silent about this fait accompli, and in record numbers in Turkey, 2019 with the plaintiff We filed a lawsuit to annul this decision.

Opposition to the attempt to build a thermal power plant in Amasra, to which neither reason nor science approves, nor the public approves. Our last chance is for the court to annul this decision. The court decided to conduct an expert examination in the villages of Tarlaağzı and Gömü, where the thermal power plant will be built. On Friday, July 14, the court committee and experts will come to these villages for exploration.

In order to show that Bartın-Amasra is against this case and to defend our case, we invite all plaintiffs to the Court expert examination to be held in Tarlaağzı on Friday, July 14th.

This case is not just the case of 2019 people, but the case of all the people of Bartın-Amasra. We call on all our people to be present at the court hearing. Come, let's defend our cause together.
