Ingredients for pan-fried Amasra style sea bass fillet recipe
• 200 g sea bass fillet
• 1 onion
• 3 sprigs of chives
• 1 teaspoon of thyme seeds
• 2 slices of lemon
• 1 teaspoon of turmeric
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 4-5 cherry tomatoes
• A pinch of salt
How to Make Seabass Fillet in a Pan
- Place finely chopped onions at the bottom of a lidded pan. Place the fillets on top. Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange them around the edges of the fillets.
- In a separate bowl, mix thyme seeds, salt, turmeric and olive oil. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the pan. Lastly, place the sliced lemons on the fillets. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove from the stove, sprinkle with finely chopped chives and serve immediately.
